The Annual Report is divided into 2 publications: "Annual Report to members for the AGM" and "Report of Activities"
"Annual Report to members for the AGM" contains essential elements published for the Institution AGM, including:
President's Report;
Financial Review; and
Auditors' Report and Accounts
"Report of Activities" is published in September each year and contains reports from various Boards, Committees and Sub-committees, etc that make up the Institution, including:
President's Report (both in English and Chinese);
Secretary's Report (both in English and Chinese);
Report from Boards, Committees, Sub-committees and Divisions, etc;
Financial Review; and
Organisation Structure of The HKIE.
The Annual Report is distributed free to all members. Limited copies are available on request for external organisations.
